My heart is in a place where bottom-up channels are opened and allow employee knowledge to flow and enrich each other, along with top-down channels where management makes important knowledge available to employees such as organizational news, procedures, guidelines, and more.

Opening channels for two-way communication is a major challenge that requires releasing control and understanding that not all knowledge lies with us, the managers. Organizations that enable this, in a controlled manner of course, discover the true power of networks and the wisdom of crowds.

In recent years, I have been volunteering and contributing to the community.

One of the communities in which I am active is the umbrella organization of organizational consultants in Israel. In recent years, I have been a board member and lead the digital community activities of P.A.I. – Israel Organization Development.

I was previously a board member at the Knowledge Management Forum .
